on introducing a new and innovative feature of the M•A•C Cosmetics mobile website.

diversity and individuality by promoting a mantra and ethos of

Connecting users & fans with the perfect shade of foundation has never been easier - anytime, anywhere - through Virtual Try-On via the M·A·C mobile website.
Users can instantly swipe through 200+ shades with three easy steps including the use of their live
front-facing camera on their mobile smart phone. This feature matches the user with the shade and line of foundation best suited for them.

The Virtual Try-On desktop landing page on the M•A•C website was adapted to mobile devices giving the user a similar interactive experience as well as connecting users to the Virtual Try-On feature that uses a front-facing mobile device camera.
Virtual Try-On is also introduced
and promoted in various
spots throughout the website
user-experience. Virtual Try-On
is shown in navigation toolbar
drop-down menus and in tandem with foundations as well as on
foundation collection /
product line landing pages.
