In partnership with the M•A•C Cosmetics Global Digital Innovation team and Live-Shopping-Experience developers (Bambuser), I created landing pages and graphics for a digital feature of the M•A•C Cosmetics website. The feature connects viewers of live content directly to products featured in the live stream.
Bambuser is an innovative live-stream add-on feature and has been hailed
as "the biggest thing to happen
e-commerce since smart phones". This feature promotes products throughout a live-stream as the action happens. Audiences can "add-to-cart" without leaving the live-stream allowing viewers to never miss a second.
Artists can interact in real-time and
co-create with viewers by answering their questions and including them
in the conversation.
M·A·C values artistry above all else and leans on the skill and innovation of its makeup artists. Being on the fore-front of emerging makeup and beauty trends throughout the world is a priority for M·A·C and its team of artists. Live-stream interactions connects audiences directly to
artists and other viewers enriching the conversation. Audiences are connected directly to the M·A·C products and tools they need to achieve the perfect look.
Live- stream is no longer just a feature of social media, but a portal for brands and artists to connect directly with their fans and audiences. Up-coming live-streams are featured on the desktop landing page as well as an archive of previous live-stream tutorials that showcase techniques and products under a number of categories. These archived videos can be accessed
on-demand with product links included.
